Exterminating Services Provided

Service Agreement Contracts
Clients may enter into service agreements outlining the scope, frequency, and cost of services. These agreements are binding and subject to the terms herein.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

- Ensure access to all areas requiring treatment.
- Remove all conditions conducive to any pest infestation.
- Follow any preparatory or post-treatment guidelines provided.
Payments and Fees
Payment is due at the time of treatment. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement contract. Late payments may incur additional late fees and interest fees.
Cancellations and Refunds / No shows
Service cancellations should be made within 24 hours of services or in accordance with the service agreement contract. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the terms outlined in the agreement contract.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand by the quality of our exterminating services. Specific & type warranties or guarantees will be detailed in your service agreement contract.
Liability
D & D Pest Control Co. is not liable for damages resulting from:
- Failure to follow provided guidelines.
- Pre-existing conditions at the property.
- Acts beyond our control, such as natural disasters.
Use of Pesticides
We use insecticide products that are EPA-approved and relevant to the North Carolina Structural Pest Control Division authorities and adhere to safety standards on the labels of the products used. Clients will be informed of any precautions related to treatments.
